Service appointment cancellation and return policy money

We hereby wish to inform you about the cancellation and refund policy for appointments booked and paid through website https://25hairsalon.orionbooking.gr.

In case of not providing services to the customer the responsibility of the company for appointments registered and paid for through the website https://25hairsalon.orionbooking.gr, o customer is entitled to a refund. In case of withdrawal or cancellation of the appointment by the customer, no the money is refunded.

If the client requests a change in the date or time of their appointment, that"s it can only be done if he informs 25 Stelios Strantzalis & Alexandros Tassos in time by telephone at +30 210 364 5370 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In otherwise it will not be possible to change its date and time appointment.
